Well, it's almost time for me to be leaving for my Epic trip!! Im well excited now......went out on my bike with Brendan yesterday and came off :( - it hurt.......lots!!! I shouldn't be risking injury so soon before my trip........oh well!!!! - I now have a massive lump on my thigh.....
